ACE Agency of the year

This award will be given to the travel agency who has made most progress in ensuring that they sell cruising innovatively, effectively, and with the highest level of expertise and commitment to the cruise industry. All levels of travel agency may apply, including branches, franchises, independents, miniples and multiples. Agencies may nominate themselves. Cruise Agent of the Year

Which individual travel agent has gone above and beyond the call of duty to highlight cruising to customers, and to increase their own expertise and knowledge? Open to individual travel agents only. Agents may nominate themselves. Please tell us in 100 words or less why the nominated agent should win this award.

Excellence in Cruise Innovation

Continuously striving to be innovative within the cruise industry, generating awareness by focussing on new opportunities; this award is for a business or an individual, who over the past 12 months has proven their innovation, or by breaking into cruising for the first time.

ACE Contribution to Cruise

This award is for an individual who works in any area of the cruise industry or in a cruise related business, who has provided inspiration, leadership, and creativity and a determination to promote cruising in the UK. Please tell us in 100 words or less why the nominated individual should win this award.

ACE Ambassador of the Year

This award is for the individual who has gained the most ACE training points before 1st June 2010.
